Dr Anita Mani is nothing short of a trailblazer when it comes to women’s health and holistic wellness. Having completed her professional education in medicine from Kerala in South India, and her post-graduation in obstetrics and gynaecology from the UK, Dr Anita practised under various departments including High-risk pregnancy, urogynaecology, gynaecological oncology, infertility and ART. She also worked at NHS hospitals in Maidstone, Rugby, Preston, etc. in the UK, through which she gained hands-on knowledge and experience in the complicated world of human beings and their sexual health.
Inspired by the richness of a healthy lifestyle and driven by a passion for her work, Dr Anita worked hard to establish her own GynoSpeciality Hospital in Athani, Kerala, her hometown, in the year 2003.
She knew and understood the plight of a woman at every age, especially after marriage, and the pressures related to pregnancy. This was what prompted her to establish an IVF unit at her hospital in the year 2007. Seeing as it helped many women struggling with pregnancy, she wanted to expand her reach and hence started 2 IVF hospitals in Bangalore, India in 2011.
Later in 2015, she decided it was time to move forward with her concept of holistic wellness, which was why she started SATYA; her very own holistic wellness centre offering services in Ayurveda, Yoga, Organic Farming as well as other forms of martial arts
