How do I schedule medical appointments with a specialist at MERCY HOSPITAL?
You or your attendant can contact the hospital help center, via telephone. Details are available at the Contact us section of this website.

When making a medical appointment what information must I provide?
You must provide all relevant information on your medical condition, including scans, medical history, and current medication etc. If you have been referred to MERCY HOSPITAL by a doctor in your home country/City, please carry the contact details of the doctor.

Do you have an ambulance service?
Yes, we have an ambulance service round-the-clock.

How do I get a discharge summary?
Your summary report or discharge card will be given to you by the nursing staff at the time of the discharge. In case there is a delay in the preparation of a discharge card, it will be mailed or posted to you within a week of the discharge.

What are the options available for me to pray?
We also have counselling and pastoral services. Our International patient’s service departments can guide you on this.

When will my doctor visit?
Your doctor will see you daily. The time of the visit depends on your doctor's schedule. Check with your nurse for an estimated time.

Can I wear my own pajamas?
Please check with your nurse. Some treatments and procedures require hospital gowns.
